CGB蓄电池注意事项
1、请根据用途或设计要求,正确选择蓄电池的型号、规格和安装使用方式。
2、不同厂家、不同型号、不同容量、不同性能的蓄电池不能混合使用。
3、蓄电池充电方式以恒压限流为宜,25℃环境温度条件下:
浮充使用时,充电电压为2.23~2.30V/单格,最大电流不限;循环使用时,充电电压为2.40~2.50V/单格;均充电压为2.35~2.40V/单格;最大电流为0.3C。
4、使用蓄电池时,根据使用的环境温度变化,充电电压相应调整,浮充使用时温度补偿系数为-3mV/(℃单格),即环境温度每升高1℃,充电电压降低-3mV/单格;反之,环境温度每下降1℃,充电电压升高-3mV/单格;循环使用时,为-5mV/(℃单格);均充使用时为-4mV/(℃单格)。
5、蓄电池不可倒置或装入密封容器中使用,需尽量做到通风良好。
6、蓄电池不可靠近火源或在高温的地方使用和贮存,还应避免太阳直射。
7、蓄电池不可与有机溶剂接触,以免蓄电池壳体变形或溶解。
8、蓄电池放电后长时间搁置不使用应及时充电恢复容量;使用过程中不要过放电,以免因蓄电池极板过度硫酸盐化而影响容量和寿命。
9、蓄电池应避免过充电,过充电会使安全阀频繁开启,造成蓄电池过量失水而影响寿命。
10、蓄电池极柱端子“+”为正极,“-”为负极,不得接错或短路。
11、安装或使用蓄电池应保持干净、整洁,连接的部件必须牢固,以免因接触不良引起危害。
12、请不要随意丢弃或拆解蓄电池,不要将蓄电池扔入火中,以免引起环境和爆炸等事故。
